2. Our Services
L'Cinco Pizza provides an online platform for ordering artisan pizzas for home delivery within our designated delivery zones across Paris and the inner suburbs. Our services are available during our stated operating hours:
- Monday – Friday: 11:00 – 23:00
- Saturday: 11:00 – 23:30
- Sunday: 12:00 – 22:00
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time without notice.
3. Placing an Order
When you place an order through our website, you make an offer to purchase the items you have selected. An order is only confirmed once we send you an order confirmation with an order reference number.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases where:
- Your delivery address falls outside our delivery zones
- There are errors in the pricing or product description
- Payment cannot be processed
- We suspect fraudulent or abusive activity
You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services and make purchases.
4. Prices & Payment
All prices displayed on our website are in USD and include VAT where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price you see at the time of ordering is the price you will be charged.
A delivery fee of $2.99 applies to orders under $25. Orders of $25 or more qualify for free delivery.
We accept the following payment methods: credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and cash on delivery. All card transactions are processed securely and we do not store card details.
Promotional codes and discounts are subject to individual terms and may not be combined unless explicitly stated.
5. Delivery
We aim to deliver all orders within 30 minutes of order confirmation. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on distance, traffic, weather conditions, and order volume.
You are responsible for providing an accurate and accessible delivery address. We are not liable for failed deliveries caused by incorrect address information provided by the customer.
If no one is available to receive the delivery, our driver will attempt to contact you. If we are unable to complete the delivery, your order may be cancelled and a refund issued minus any applicable fees.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
Orders may be cancelled within 5 minutes of placement, before they are sent to the kitchen. After this window, cancellations are not possible as preparation has begun.
If your order arrives incorrect, damaged, or significantly late, please contact us within 30 minutes of delivery. We will assess each case and offer a replacement, partial refund, or full refund as appropriate.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree to use our website and services lawfully and in good faith. You must not:
- Use our platform for any fraudulent or unlawful purpose
- Submit false or misleading information
- Attempt to interfere with or disrupt our website or servers
- Scrape, harvest, or copy our content without permission
- Impersonate any person or entity
We reserve the right to terminate access to our services for any user who violates these conditions.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, L'Cinco Pizza shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or goodwill.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or in connection with our services shall not exceed the value of the order giving rise to the claim.
We do not warrant that our website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, graphics, and code — is the property of L'Cinco Pizza and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
