Ordering
Simply browse our menu, select your pizzas and preferred size (S, M, or L), add them to your cart, and click "Place Order." You'll receive an order confirmation with a tracking code.
Each pizza is crafted to a specific recipe to guarantee the best flavour. For special requests (allergies, ingredient removals), please leave a note in the order comments field or call us directly at +01 23 45 67 89.
We offer three sizes for all our pizzas:
- Small (S) — ideal for 1 person
- Medium (M) — our most popular, great for 1–2 people
- Large (L) — perfect for sharing or a very hungry person
There is no minimum order amount. However, orders under $25 are subject to a $2.99 delivery fee. Orders of $25 or more are delivered free of charge.
At checkout, enter your coupon code in the "Promo Code" field and click "Apply." The discount will be calculated and shown in your order summary before payment.
Delivery
We guarantee delivery within 30 minutes from order confirmation. During busy periods (Friday/Saturday evenings) this may extend to 45 minutes. You can track your order live using your order code on the Track Order page.

Once your order is confirmed, you'll receive an order code (e.g. LC-0046). Go to our Track Order page, enter your code, and see your real-time delivery status.
We take our 30-minute guarantee seriously. If your delivery arrives significantly late, please contact us at contact@lcinco-pizza.fr or call +01 23 45 67 89, and we will make it right with a discount on your next order.
Our Pizzas
Absolutely. Every pizza is made to order — never pre-made. Our dough is cold-fermented for a minimum of 48 hours, and all toppings are sourced fresh daily. We bake in our wood-fired oven at 485°C for that perfect crust.
Yes! We offer several vegetarian pizzas including our popular Goat Cheese & Honey and Vegetarian options. Look for the 🌱 icon on our menu. We are currently developing vegan options — sign up to our newsletter to be notified.
All our pizzas contain gluten (wheat flour) and dairy (cheese). Some contain eggs, nuts, or other allergens. If you have a specific allergy, please contact us before ordering so we can advise you appropriately. We take allergen safety very seriously.
Yes — all meat used in our pizzas is sourced from certified halal suppliers. You'll see the ✓ Halal indicator on each pizza card. Our kitchen does not use pork or alcohol in any recipe.

Orders can be cancelled or modified within 5 minutes of being placed, before they enter our kitchen. After that, the pizza is already being made and we cannot cancel. Please call us immediately at +01 23 45 67 89 if you need to make a change.
If your order arrives incorrect, damaged, or cold, please contact us within 30 minutes of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund — no questions asked. Your satisfaction is our priority.
